ABSOLUT CITY DNA
Lu Xinjian’s CITY DNA series has been an enormous success story with solo shows in Shanghai, Beijing and Los Angeles this past year. These works seek to capture the essence and patterns of various cities across the globe, a city’s “DNA”. With this piece Lu has chosen to fill in the BLANK space of the bottle with a cross section of the heart of Shanghai, Huai Hai Road, near where the offices of ABSOLUT are located.
